Here on the farm, I just HATE to throw ANYTHING OUT until it has gave its full due.
Michelle calls it being a "CHEAPSKATE", I feel it is just thinking, "Outside the Box".
When my old work boots started to come apart at the sole, I just did the most logical thing I could think of.....screw it back together. Then to the bench grinder to grind off the end of the screws that came through and presto! Boots repaired.
She just looked at me and walked away!
