She is her own duck and does things her own way. She used to hop on top of the coops before to launch her flights. (Search "Good Day for a Flight" for the back story).
Well she is back at it with a twist, she now hops up there at dusk. This is fine and well, IF we have already fed them. She will sit up there until first light and then hop/fly down. But there is one small problem, when we get out late to feed them. She is already on the roof and in the dark she will not hop down. So I help her out, with a bright light to illuminate the way so she can get down and have her evening meal.
