The Chair of Gathering

This is a picture in our den and this is "The Chair of Gathering". You see in the den, we have two recliners with the nice warm wood stove in the winter and the cool breeze from the ceiling fan in the summer. So this is the place to go and relax. They will not rest alone in the chair, this is after all the chair of gathering, but do know, if you sit in this chair, they will come (kinda like "Field of Dreams", without ghosts). 

They wait, to hear that sound.....the creak of the chair and the whoosh/click that the footrest has risen. That's when the first one comes, then the second, finally the third.  Sometimes even the dogs get involved, which makes for quite the full chair.  

​They will not leave anytime soon. So if you choose to sit in the chair of gathering know that they are not far away...
