The humble shipping pallet, all of us have used them for one project or another.
But do you know about the "Power of the Pallet"?
Let me explain........
Any red building on our farm is a pallet building. What I mean it is constructed from pallets. From the walls to the roof some part of the building started life as a humble pallet. You may ask WHY?? One word, COST! Pallets around here are free for the asking and lumber is not. Second, pallets are mostly hardwoods and they make extremely strong buildings. The wind and rain may blow but these buildings do not even creak or groan. They just stand as a silent testimony of their inherent strength.
